Recently I made one of my favourite biscuits. Usually I bake this for making cheesecakes or tart bases but this time wanted  them as individual wafers..
And this is how it looked,

Chilled fresh milk is considered as the classic combination and who am I to deny that?!

Tried to capture the essence of this combination

I went one step further to test them with my Quality Assurance manager- Sahana was trying a  graham cracker for the first time and the result was,’well have a look’  🙂
