The Kadalai mittai / peanut brittle (bit chunkier) is really close to my heart as it is connected to loads of memories during my years spent at Kovilpatti.
This town is considered as the birth place / capital of this product for obvious reasons. There are many articles and videos in the web with the history and recipes so let’s go straight to some pictures 🙂
One thing I will say, if you ever get chance to try just don’t miss it.
